Policies

Shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed on those days after 12pm est will be shipped on the next shipping day.

At this time we do not offer refunds. If your order is broken or misplaced we will gladly replace your order.

Please remember when shipping to warmer climates, some items may melt. Don't worry, once the items firm up you can totally use your items and it will still have its normal effectiveness.

*Whipped items may lose some volume if melted.
